Kingdoms is a mobile game where players begin as one of three unique classes with different gameplay styles.  Players cooperate to build up and maintain their own kingdom and become the best at their role.

 

During our short pre-production phase, I was tasked with finding the most useful developmental processes for our team and presenting progress updates weekly to faculty and peers.
